What card do you print onto?

The card is FSC board 300gsm

What inks do you use on your cards and prints?

The inks for both the cards and prints are non toxic vegetable based digital printer inks.

What are your envelopes made from?

All of our envelopes are made from recycled paper.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, I make sure all of my products do not contain any animal derived ingredients.

Do you use plastic in your packaging?

The cards are wrapped in biodegradable compostable cello bags, pop them in your compost heap or organic waste bin when you’re done and they will eventually disappear!
The prints are posted out to customers rolled in a triangle poster tube, which will keep the print in top condition whilst on it’s way to you. It is fully recyclable too!

When will my order be dispatched?

We process all orders in the morning on a daily basis. Customers based in the UK please allow 1-3 working days for your items to arrive from the day of ordering, international orders please allow at least 7-14 working days for your items to arrive. If you have a special occasion that you need your items to arrive in time for, please get in touch to be sure we can fulfil this for you.

Where is my order?

If you haven’t received your order after 3 working days, (over the busy festive season please allow for an exented delivery period 4-5 working days) please get in touch and we can look into finding out what has happened to your order. Please be aware that there is not a lot we can do once an order has been dispatched, however if we can find it, we will, or replace and resend a missing item or offer a refund.

Where is my nearest Jo Clark Design Stockist?

Get in touch with your postcode to find out where your nearest stockist is located, please be aware that most of our stockists only offer a small selection of our ranges.

Do you ship orders outside of the UK?

Yes of course, we love all of our international customers!

How much is international postage?

Depending on your location, the additional postage calculated by weight and size of parcel will be added to your order whilst going through the checkout process.

I dont want to pay for delivery, how can I get free delivery?

Postage is calculated on weight and size of package, any orders exceeding £30 will be free delivery in the UK. Unfortunately we cannot offer free deliver on international orders.

What is your lead time for orders?

Please allow 1-2 days for your item to be dispatched. We send all UK orders first class Royal Mail. For rush orders please get in touch with Jo. International orders or larger items such as prints, cushion, mugs etc. will be sent tracked with Royal Mail.

I have received my order and it is damaged, what should I do?

This is very unusual but unfortunately ocassionally does happen, if you can contact Jo within 24 hours of receiving your order sending apporiate photos via email of damaged items.

I have received the wrong order, what should I do now?

Well we’re very sorry to hear that, we are a very small team and do our best to deliver a great service, however mistakes sometimes do happen unfortunately.
Please get in touch with Jo asap with your order number and we will arrange a re-delivery of the correct goods asap.

Wholesaler FAQs

I have created a wholesale account, but I cannot see the trade prices it is just showing the RRP, why is this happening?

You will be notified via email when your trade account has been approved with further instructions on how to activate the trade account. Try logging out of your account and then logging in using the saved username and password created by yourself. If you have received the email, followed the instructions but still having issues, please get in touch with Jo asap.

What is your minimum order for wholesale orders?

A minimum spend of £100 for any trade orders, which will have a £10 delivery charge added.

I don’t want to pay for delivery, how can I get free delivery as a wholesaler?

Carriage paid orders are orders exceeding £120 spend.

What is your lead time for wholesale orders?

We aim to have your order dispatched within 3 -5 working days. However, please allow longer at busy periods.

We would love to stock your products in our shop, can you tell me if you supply any other businesses in my area?

That’s great that you would like to stock our products, thank you! We supply many shops galleries and craft stores throughout the UK and internationally. We recommend that you make enquiries with any nearby stores to check if they are also stocking Jo Clark Design products.

I would love to stock your products in my shop which is overseas, how much will shipping be?

You can request a trade account, giving us as much information as possible about your business, which will be assessed and approved withing 24hours. Once your business has been approved, you will be able to fill your shopping bag and continue to the checkout when you’re ready. Your order will be collated, weighed and then postage will be added to your bill. A proforma invoice will be issued, and your items will be dispatched on receipt of full payment of your order.
