What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
While you visit our site, we’ll track:

We use Google Analytics to give us data on performance and how the website is used in order to improve it.

Royal Mail’s online business portal
Our shop is linked to Royal Mail’s online systems to help ship your order efficiently. Your name, address and product details are shared with Royal Mail for the purpose of generating address labels and managing orders.

When you subscribe to our newsletter through the website, you email address and any other information you have provided is shared with MailChimp. We use MailChimp to send out marketing messages to your inbox.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
